Come, Holy Spirit!

"While meeting with them, [Jesus] enjoined [the disciples] not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait for 'the promise of the Father about which you have heard me speak; for John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.'" Acts 1:4-5

"The Day of Pentecost 'fully came' twenty centuries ago, and the Holy Spirit has been here on earth ever since. The baptism in the Holy Spirit-when power from on high is manifested in a frail human being-is the infallible sign that Jesus is risen and lives.

Have you been baptized in the Holy Spirit? Some people say, 'Oh, I am waiting like the disciples did in the upper room.' That is very foolish. The Holy Spirit is here. Now, now, now, is the time to receive Him. With singleness of purpose, receive Him now.

Are you and your Christian friends in one accord, one mind, one purpose, in one place? Yes? Then the Holy Spirit will manifest His unspeakable power."

Pentecost Prayer: "Fill me daily, Lord, with the fullness of your Holy Spirit. May I ever be completely Yours!"
